Refund policy

1. Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return: the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required. 2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including opened or used products, and items purchased on final sale or clearance.

6. How to Start a Return

Email us at info@zenovalifellc.com. with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and an address. Send the product back in its original condition. Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund.
